Toluna can be a pretty good survey panel. They send you plenty of surveys and we have been paid many times by them. There is also a testing area where you can apply to be a tester of a product which they will then send to you. We haven’t been lucky enough to be selected yet despite registering for plenty of tests. Surveys are rewarded with points which can then be redeemed for vouchers. You need at least 1000 points to redeem but generally you will be looking to get 60000 points or more for some of the better vouchers.

Some of the best are a £15 voucher for Sainsburys, Next, Boots and Tesco for 80000 points. This means that it takes around 5400 points to earn £1, which is ok considering how many surveys you get. The surveys themselves are usually worth 1200 points or more, sometimes much more, and we so far have not had any issues with them.

There is also a 'gifties' section which allows you to spend a small amount of points on a virtual gift for yourself or a friend. These gifts can ocaisionally become real so in effect it is sort of a prize draw that you can enter using your points. We haven't used this yet but it is an interesting feature.

One thing to be aware of is that when you redeem for a Amazon voucher, it will not be sent to your email address in the usual way, rather it is displayed in the ‘your vouchers’ section of the website. They don’t even email you when the voucher is ready. This is not really a problem of course as they still do pay. They seem to pay much faster than they used to as well and we have received our last few vouchers in a few days. Overall, this is a very good paid survey panel and is included in our highly recommended list.
