There is one big problems with HI-epanel, it takes a ages to reach payout. They have paid us although it took around 2 years to reach this payout. This is the major floor and we therefore find this site hard to recommend, all it would take is a quicker redemption total and this site would be fine. We have given this site quite a few years now and have only been paid once. In it's current state we cannot recommend this one at all.
